I’m floored!

I’ve just discovered that our kitchen floor has more layers than a Smith Island cake!  (look it up)

I’m a black and white freak … I love it – clothing, furniture, fabric, oreos … and marble floors!  Although the house had black and white linoleum tiles in the kitchen when we purchased it, wood subflooring will be replacing it.  We considered a lovely black and white marble tile, but opted for continuity throughout on the first floor.  Never fret, I see black and white oil cloths in the future.
